3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one phferry account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phferry will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify phferry immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. phferry is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time phferry deems necessary.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phferry accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your phferry wallet in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. phferry does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. phferry reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. phferry may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different account or payment method.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your phferry account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at phferry's discretion.
5.1 phferry may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 phferry reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, phferry's decision shall be final and binding.
5.4 Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account termination.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phferry platform:
phferry reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.
All content on the phferry platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of phferry or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phferry platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phferry content without our prior written consent.
8.1 The phferry platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phferry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 phferry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
8.3 phferry does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. phferry shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.
8.4 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted, phferry's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phferry account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phferry collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phferry, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
phferry implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phferry cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
phferry may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, and with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11.1 Termination by You. You may close your phferry account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.2 Termination by phferry. phferry reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, phferry may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, phferry reserves the right to forfeit the balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phferry shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phferry's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phferry will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
phferry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phferry will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the phferry platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
